First Deputy Director of National Security Service of Armenia  dismissed from his post 

ArmInfo. The first deputy director of the National Security Service (NSS) of  Armenia was dismissed from his post.

According to the website of the Armenian leader, Armenian President  Armen Sarkissian, on the basis of the proposal of the Prime Minister,  in accordance with Part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution and Part  9 and 10 of Art. 4.1 of the law "On State Security Bodies", freed  Karapet Davtyan from the duties of the Deputy Director of the  National Security Service of Armenia.

Karapet Davtyan was appointed first deputy director of the National  Security Service in August 2016 by the decree of Armenian President  Serzh Sargsyan. Before that, he headed the Internal Security  Department of the department.
