Those kinds of actions harm the international peace and stability.
To recall, the Russian prankers Lexus and Vaughan on behalf of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan called the Foreign Office of Great Britain and held a conversation with his head Boris Johnson, who in conversation said that the government "is almost 100% sure" of Russia's guilt of poisoning the Fiddles.
