Y.Ushakov: The first contact of the RF President with the Prime  Minister of Armenia is important from the point of view of the fact  that the leaders will be able to get to know each other better

ArmInfo. In Sochi, on May 14, the EAEU summit will be held. The presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the new Prime Minister of Armenia will arrive. In  addition, the visit of Moldovan President Igor Dodon is expected as a  guest, "MIR24" reports.

According to president's aide Yuri Ushakov, Putin will hold bilateral  meetings with all. First, Putin will hold bilateral meetings - with  the Armenian prime minister, leader of Kyrgyzstan, the president of  Belarus and Kazakhstan. However, at first the Russian leader plans  important negotiations with the IAEA Director General Yukio Amano -  the parties, first of all, will exchange opinions on the decision of  Washington to reach an agreement between the six and Iran. According  to Ushakov, the first contact with the Prime Minister of Armenia is  important from the point of view of the fact that the leaders will be  able to get to know each other better. "I do not think that there  will be a very deep discussion of all the topics of bilateral  cooperation, but some topics will naturally be touched upon, some  issues are clarified, including taking into account the statements of  Nikol Pashinyan on the EAEU," the presidential aide said. As for the  summit itself, it starts at 15:00 with a joint photograph. After  this, meetings will be held in a narrow and expanded format. Anton  Siluanov and Yury Ushakov will be in the narrow staff, and in the  enlarged - Nikolai Nikiforov, Alexander Novak, Maxim Oreshkin, Dmitry  Peskov, as well as Deputy Foreign Minister. The agenda of the summit  includes 12 issues.

The parties also have to discuss the approval of the draft provision  on the status of the observer state in the organization. This status  is expected to be provided in Sochi to the Republic of Moldova.  Another priority is the digital agenda. Russia will offer several  projects in the field of Internet trading and creation of digital  corridors. According to Ushakov, at the meeting in Sochi an agreement  on international treaties with third countries and associations can  be signed. In particular, the agreement on free trade with Vietnam is  successfully operating. Soon an agreement on trade and economic  cooperation with the PRC and a temporary agreement on the FTA with  Iran are expected to be signed. In addition, negotiations continue  with Israel, Serbia and Singapore. It is planned to start them with  Egypt and India.
