On the proposal of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, yesterday in the evening, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed three new decrees on appointments to the Government: on appointment of Minister of Education and Science Araik Harutyunyan, appointment of Mkhitar Hayrapetyan as Minister of Diaspora, and appointment of Suren Papikyan as Minister of Territorial Administration and development. All of them represent the leadership of the party "Civil Contract".
Araik Harutyunyan was born on September 2, 1979 in Yerevan. In 2003 he graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Yerevan State University, Arabist. In 2007 he graduated from the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, receiving a degree of candidate of historical sciences. He switched to teaching at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at YSU. In 2015-2016, he was chairman of the board of the Civil Contract party.
Mkhitar Hayrapetyan Minister of Diaspora of Armenia. 28 years. He is a member of the "Civil Contract" party, a member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan. Created and headed the Center for Civic Education and Youth Empowerment (CEYEC).
Suren Papikyan, born in 1986. He graduated from the Faculty of History of Yerevan State University, postgraduate study at the St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg State University). He worked as a teacher in the college "Kvant". He is Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Civil Contract.
