Vardan Aramyan resigned as acting Minister of Finance 

ArmInfo. Vardan Aramyan resigned as acting Minister of Finance of Armenia. He said this on his Facebook page.

"Dear compatriots, as a member of the Armenian government, I was  entrusted with the post of Minister of Finance, to which I reacted  with great responsibility.

Our team was aimed at resolving a number of key problems, confronting  the challenges faced by the republic, and with honor to overcome  them.

In this short period of time, I have made every effort to achieve  positive results in financial management, for the benefit of the  future of the country.

I resign from the acting. Minister of Finance, in the hope that the  new government will continue to search for effective solutions in the  complex and responsible business of improving the lives of citizens  and increasing the economically stable.

I want to say thanks to all the staff of the Ministry of Finance for  their dedicated, professional and productive work. I am grateful to  the media for their prompt and impartial work. I am grateful to all  those with whom I had the honor to work.

I wish our country peace, economic stability and new development  prospects, and to the new government - success in endeavors and  efforts. At the same time, I want to assure you that I will carry out  the duties of the Acting President with full responsibility.  minister, before assuming the post of new minister."
