Baku is concerned by statement on Karabakh of new Prime Minister of  Armenia

ArmInfo. The statements of the new Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on the Karabakh issue cause Baku more questions than answers, the official representative  of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev told RIA Novosti.

"The initial statements of the newly-minted Prime Minister of Armenia  Nikol Pashinyan regarding the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh  conflict raise more questions than understanding: what is this  primary naivety or ignorance of the subject or bravado of the winner,  or maybe all together?" "We'll see-wait, we'll see," Hajiyev told RIA  Novosti .

In his words, "in any case, at the beginning of the process,  Azerbaijan said that it hopes for the coming to power in Armenia of  sensible forces that will be able to soberly assess the situation in  the region." "Otherwise, you can not step on the same rake twice,"  added Hajiyev.

What exactly the statement of the new Prime Minister of Armenia was  reacted by Mr. Hajiyev, unfortunately, is not known, as none of the  statements of the new prime minister differs from the general line of  official Yerevan regarding the process of peaceful settlement of the  Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.  Perhaps, we are talking about the  participation in the negotiation process of the official Stepanakert,  as a negotiating party, about the need for which official Yerevan has  already stated repeatedly with a view to making the settlement  process more constructive
