ArmInfo.There are no signs that the May 8 elections of the Prime Minister of Armenia can fail. Nikol Pashinyan, the candidate for premieres of the RA, announced this during his video address. At the same time, he urged citizens to gather in the Republic Square and monitor the parliament session on-line. "After the vote, I will come to the Republic Square, and then immediately begin to fulfill my duties as prime minister," he promised.
Pashinyan needs 53 votes to be elected. The factions of "Tsarukyan" and "Elk" blocs, as well as ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" party promised to vote for Pashinyan. The Republican Party will today determine those deputies who should vote "for" Pashinyan in order to ensure his election.
