ArmInfo. "I have not had an unsuccessful experience in the negotiations." Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan stated in an interview with "Shant" TV company, responding to the observation of the opposition leader, MP Nikol Pashinyan that Karapetyan did not come to the talks today because he is not sure of his potential to lead them.
"I held talks with the representatives of different nations, cultures, in different languages, in different topics. And I have not had a bad experience in negotiations. Being a good speaker, having a good reputation does not necessarily mean being able to negotiate well, "Karapetyan said.
To note, today at a press conference Nikol Pashinyan stated that Karen Karapetyan did not come to the talks because he is not sure in his potential to lead them. "Today my backpack lies in the chair where Karapetyan should have been sitting. This is how Karapetyan is going to hold talks on Karabakh?"Pashinyan asked.
To note, Pashinyan-Karapetyan talks have failed for the second time, since Pashinyan demands an open format of the meeting, at which only the question of changing the government should be discussed. The RPA does not agree to negotiate on these terms.
