Orinats Yerkir suggests creating temporary non-partial Government to  provide free and fair early parliamentary elections

ArmInfo. The biggest achievement of the national movement in Armenia should be bringing it to its logical conclusion, according to the statement of Orinats Yerkir.

To this end, Orinats Yerkir proposes at the legislative level to  create a multi-party political and civil council that will guarantee  the reform of the Electoral Code, freedom and fairness of early  elections. "All government obligations for this period will be  assigned to non-partian heads of the apparatus and special services,  since no temporary government can influence the elections, since the  purpose of the popular uprising is to ensure an equitable form of  government through holding free and fair elections. In the current  situation the main issue should not be who will lead the government  during the transition period before the early parliamentary  elections, " the statement says.
