ArmInfo.Social investor, entrepreneur and philanthropist, co-founder of the Aurora Prize Award Ruben Vardanyan hopes that the internal political situation created in Armenia will provide an opportunity for positive changes. "We have a very difficult and long-term joint work, and, therefore, we need unity and mutual respect," he told journalists in the Memorial of the Armenian Genocide victims.
According to him, the excitement that is present among the people is very encouraging. At the same time, there is some concern related to the fact that excessive emotionality does not prevent the proper development of further events. Ruben Vardanyan hopes that both sides will do their utmost to create a new Armenia, and its development strategy has become a common program for all, with a clear understanding of "what Armenia we are building."
According to the founder of the Armenian Development Initiative Fund (IDeA), changes in the domestic political life of the country are a great opportunity for the entire Armenian people. "I hope that this will be an opportunity to really change something for the better not only in Armenia but also abroad, since Armenia and the Diaspora are very connected with each other." In my opinion, the Armenian people have great potential and, I am confident, a bright future, if we understand that we must do a very hard, long-term work together," Ruben Vardanyan said. This work, as the entrepreneur noted, will require from all many forces and the realization that" life is not divided into black and white, but much more difficult , and we must move forward, respecting each other."
As Ruben Vardanyan pointed out, in order to develop the business environment in Armenia and attract investment in the country, first of all, it is necessary to achieve the establishment of equal competitive conditions and the rule of law.
