ArmInfo.The forces of  Armenian Police are at any time ready toimplement  their discretions. This is stated in the message of the law enforcement body, which was  just  received in ArmInfo. 

According to the source, the day before in accordance with Article 33  of the RA Law "On Freedom of Assembly" a decision was taken to end  the meetings organized by MP Nikol Pashinyan. The latter, according  to the established procedure, was notified this morning by police  officers.

It is noted that the organizer of the meetings did not take notice  into account, and continued appeals aimed at violating public order.  "The RA Law" On Freedom of Assembly "(Part 3, Article 33), in  accordance with the RA Law" On Polotsk ", in such situations,  authorizes the police to disperse a rally using special means.

The RA Police are at any time ready to fulfill their duties, in this  connection we urge the meeting participants to refrain from illegal  actions in order to avoid undesirable consequences, "the message  says.

The law enforcement agency also calls upon media representatives, at  this stage in place of events illuminating, to stay at a reasonable  distance from the marchers.  On the eve of the RA Police, she  reported that as a result of the actions of the supporters of MP  Nikol Pashinyan, the movement of a number of central streets has been  paralyzed, and the Constitutional right of citizens to free movement  is limited. 

"The Armenian police warns that the right to freedom of assembly is  not absolute if they are accompanied by a group violation of public  order and may be limited to police actions that result and are  proportionate to the situation, up to the decision to stop the rally  and protests," the statement reads.
