Artsakh State University signed memorandum of cooperation with  Pazmany Peter Catholic University

ArmInfo. The State University of  Artsakh signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Hungarian  Catholic University named after Pazmany Peter. The press service of  the State University of Artsakh reported to ArmInfo.

"The State University of Artsakh, emphasizing the importance of  international cooperation, considers the development and promotion of  international contacts as a strategic direction." In recent years  practical steps have been taken in this direction, as a result of  which the number of partner universities of Artsakh State University  has reached almost three dozen. cooperation with the Catholic  University named after Pazmany Peter, whose goal, stimulation of  interuniversity cooperation, development of scientific and  educational contacts, implementation of academic projects on exchange  of students and lecturers agreement was signed under the auspices of  the State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan". the  statement reads.

The Catholic University of Pazmany Peter (Hungarian Pazmany Peter  Katolikus Egyetem) is a non-state Catholic University in Hungary.  Various faculties of the university are located in Budapest,  Pilischaba and Esztergom. The university was founded in 1635, bears  the name of its founder, Cardinal Peter Pazman. It is also known as  Pazaneum. In 2009, the university had 736 teachers and 9,469  students. Over the years of the university's existence 26 thousand  people graduated from it.
