ArmInfo. Today, on April 3, one of the victims of the explosion of an oxygen cylinder in a fast food cafe BurgerKing was discharged from the hospital.
According to the Armenian Healthcare Ministry, all the victims have scratches on the soft tissues of the lower limbs. During the explosion, one of the victims, 8-year-old Rubina Markosyan, received lacerations in the femur region. The victim was immediately operated. Her condition is assessed as difficult. The condition of the remaining 6 affected is satisfactory.
On April 2, around 8:44 pm local time at Northern Avenue 5, an explosion occurred in the Center of Yerevan at the Burger King Cafe. According to preliminary data, a gas cylinder exploded. As a result of the incident, eight people were injured. Head of Information and Public Relations Department Colonel Ashot Aharonyan told reporters that a special investigation team is working on the site of the explosion to find out all the circumstances of the incident. Aharonyan stressed that the final information about the incident will be provided after the results of the examination are known.
