Serzh Sargsyan: Any realistic scientific project will receive the  necessary funding

ArmInfo. New scientific approaches to the further development of the sphere have been  outlined in the scientific community of Armenia. Speaking at the  annual meeting of the National Academy of Sciences, Armenian  President Serzh Sargsyan stated this.

According to him, today scientists are mostly talking not about  financial problems in the sphere, but about the need for an optimal  expenditure of funds. "It is necessary to achieve the maximum results  with the available means," the president said, promising, with the  improvement of the economic situation, to increase also the funds  allocated to finance the sphere of science. He stressed that the  principle of optimal use of available means applies to all spheres,  including defense.

Nevertheless, the head of state promised that any realistic  scientific project will receive the necessary funding. The President  also stressed the importance of a change of generations in the field  of science.
