There is serious progress on equipping the front line.  On March 28, during a press conference in Yerevan, Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia,  chairman of the State Committee for the Military-Industrial Complex  David Pakhchanyan stated, answering the question what was done in the  direction of re-equipment of the front line after the April war in  2016.

The Deputy Minister found it difficult to provide details on the part  of the engineering work, citing the fact that he does not oversee  this direction, but stressed that serious work has been done to equip  advanced night vision and video surveillance devices. "We have made  serious progress in this area, we are also working towards the  creation of systems that will allow us to hit the firing points by  remote control, and will make our troops stay at the frontier,"  Pakhchanyan said.

Answering the question whether the problems with the low-quality  fuel, which the Armenian army encountered during the April war, were  eliminated, the deputy minister assured that today the Armenian army  has no problems with fuel. "Our army is in full combat readiness, and  I am confident that any aggression will receive its response,"  concluded Pakhchanyan.
