The roads in Armenia are mostly passable

ArmInfo. As of 10:30  February 2, the roads in Armenia are mostly passable.

As reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, from  February 2-6 the weather is expected without precipitation. The road  Sotk-Karvachar is difficult to traverse. 

"Based adverse weather conditions, we ask drivers to move solely on  winter tires, "the ministry said.

At the same time, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia  referring to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the  Ministry of Emergencies of South Ossetia informs that the  Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for passage of all types of vehicles.
