Ardshinbank settled in TOP-3 by main results of 2017.

Ardshinbank was established in TOP-3 in 2017.  According to the Express-Ranking of Armenian Banks, prepared by IC ArmInfo, the bank's assets reached  568.3 billion drams ($ 1.2 billion), total liabilities - 501.7 billion drams ($ 1.04 billion). On an annual basis, the Bank ensured asset growth by 3.6% due to growth in both its loan portfolio and investments in securities. In parallel, the Bank increased its total  liabilities by 5.2% due to the growth of term deposits and demand deposits.

In the structure of the assets of Ardshinbank, the share of credit  investments and other loans accounted for over 69% or 392.5 billion  drams ($ 810.8 million, annual growth of 9.6%). The volume of the  bank's investments in securities increased by 65.1% in 2017, reaching  34.1 billion drams ($ 70.5 million). In the structure of the total  liabilities of the Bank, 68.8% or 345 billion drams ($ 712.6 million,  an annual growth of 11.9%), deposits from banks and other financial  organizations - 21.6% or 108.1 billion drams ($ 233.3 million), and  9.3% or 46.7 billion drams ($ 96.5 million) from the issued corporate  bonds.

The net profit of Ardshinbank in the result of 2017 amounted to  5.7bln AMD ($ 11.8mln). In the structure of the common bank, which  amounted to 66.6 billion drams ($ 137.6 million), the authorized  capital accounted for 75.4% or 50.2 billion drams (the first position  in the market), and the accumulated profit - 12.6% or 8.4 billion  drams. In the course of the year the Bank increased its authorized  capital by 2.6 times.

The regulatory total capital of the bank increased by 29% in 2017 -  to 58.2 billion drams, which is 94% higher than effective January 1,  2017 year standard on a minimum amount of 30 billion drams. Standard  the capital adequacy ratio of Ardshinbank by January 1, 2018 was  13.29% (N1, with the required min 12%), the general liquidity ratio  is 28.28% (N2 / 1, with the required min 15%) and the current  liquidity ratio is 131.26% (N2 / 2, with the required min 60%).  It  should be noted that Ardshinbank holds the leading position in  lending to the industrial sector, consolidated in TOP-3 in lending to  the construction sector, transport and   communications, catering and  services, and has taken the 4th position on lending to the trade  sector and the SME sector. Along with this, the Bank was entrenched  in the TOP-3 on consumer loans, in particular, predominating in  mortgage lending.

Recall that "Ardshinbank" CJSC was founded in 2003. Now Ardshinbank,  taking into account Areximbank-Gazprombank group, which merged with  it in December 2016, has 64 branches, out of which 19 are located in  Yerevan, 42 - in the regions of Armenia and 3 - in the NKR. In terms  of the total number of branches and the regional network, in  particular, the bank holds the 2 nd position. Ardshinbank also has a  representative office in Paris. The majority shareholders of  Ardshinbank are Arins Group LLC  (which is is renamed Center for  Business Investments LLC) - 69.96% and Industrial and Financial  Corporation REGION JSC  - 27.53%.
