ArmInfo. 51% of respondents of Armenian respondents from all state institutions most trust the army, according to a sociological survey of the Caucasus Resource Research Center (CRRC), presented today in the World Bank Yerevan office.
According to the survey, the following is the level of confidence: religion - 49%, education system - 12%, health care system - 10%, local authorities - 10%, the European Union causes confidence in 9% of the population of Armenia, followed by an ombudsman who is trusted by 8%, police 7%, the UN 7%, the president 6%, the central bank 6%, banks 6%, non-governmental organizations 5%, the executive 5%, the courts 4%, the National Assembly 3% the press - 3%. Political parties are trusted by only 2% of respondents.
And the greatest level of absolute distrust is enjoyed by the president, whom 44% of respondents do not trust, followed by the National Assembly - 40%, the political parties are not trusted - 37%, the executive - 36%, the banks - 30% and the police do not trust 27 % of the requested. The lowest percentage of total distrust was gained by the army and religion by 6%.
The survey was conducted among 1,648 households in different regions of Armenia, with residents over 18 years old using face to face method on the basis of random sampling.
