Armenian plenipotentiary entities do not comment on the ban on  conscript age for male citizens of military age without military  tickets

ArmInfo.The Armenian authorities do not want to detail the government's decision to  prohibit male citizens from 18 to 27 years of age from leaving the country without a military ticket.

This decision caused a big resonance in the republic, since many citizens who fall under this ban were not even properly informed about it. The ticket offices of the republic still sold tickets without any restrictions, and only at the airport did citizens learn  about the new ban, with all the ensuing consequences.  

However, neither in the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of Armenia, nor in the operating airlines in the republic, nor at the Zvartnots airport, nor the Police, nor even the Defense Ministry did not want to comment on this decision, moving the arrows to each other. All attempts by ArmInfo correspondent to get a comment from this or that  structure were suppressed by the "competent" response of their  representatives:  "We are not involved in this decision, we are not  responsible for it. Please call the Police, the Ministry of Defense,  the National Security Service, at:".  However, ArmInfo still managed  to find out that the decision was initiated by the Ministry of  Defense, and the methods and procedure for its implementation were  assigned to all the above-mentioned structures.  "The fact is that  during the past appeals, there have been outrageous cases when a  draftee, while in Armenia, evaded the draft, and later, when he was  at the military commissariat, as a reason, pointed to the fact of  absence from the republic, while presenting the corresponding stamp  in the passport Naturally, authorized bodies were instructed to  liquidate such cases, and the order of implementation of this  assignment was assigned to these structures.As a result, a way was  chosen to prohibit male citizens of RA from recruitment from the  republic of conscript age hundred without a military ticket or a  certificate of deferment, "the source told ArmInfo.

By the decision of the Government of Armenia from now on, Armenian  citizens of males aged 18 to 27 can not leave the country without  presenting a military ticket.

The Government adopted the corresponding decision at the meeting of 2  November. The decision comes into force and only the time of  conscription begins to act. Meanwhile, ArmInfo sources reported that  the decision, possibly, will be applied outside the draft period.
