The body of the Azerbaijani serviceman, who was found on November 23 in front of one of the military positions, on the southwestern sector of the state border, was handed over to the Azerbaijani side on November 28. Artsrun Hovhannisyan Press Secretary of the RA Defense Ministry told ArmInfo correspondent in an interview.
As Hovhannisyan noted, the transfer of the body of the serviceman Bakhruz Perviz oglu Jalilbeyli, which was also attended by representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross, was transferred to the Azerbaijani side in the Sadarak region of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic.
On the morning of November 23 in the inter-position space of combat positions deployed in the southwest direction, the body of Bakhruz Purviz oglu Jalilbeyli (born in 1998, from the Sadarak district of NAR) was found, after which the State Commission for Prisoners, Hostages and Missing Citizens of Azerbaijan appealed to international organizations "with a demand to return the body." The Armenian Defense Ministry expressed readiness to assist in the handover of the body of Azeri serviceman with the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
