"Azerbaijan refused to grant the Russian Ministry of Agrarians to  Georgy Zuev. This is due to the pronounced pro-Armenian position of  Georgy Zuev, "the Azerbaijani edition of haqqin.az reported, citing  sources in the country's Foreign Ministry.  At present, Georgy Zuev  is the deputy director of the human resources department of the  Russian Foreign Ministry.
