ArmInfo. Chairman of the European Council Donald Tusk is partially disappointed with the final declaration of the Brussels summit of the Eastern Partnership.
As reported by Russian media, in particular, Tusk remained dissatisfied with the "not ambitious statements" contained in the declaration.
