The head of the European Council is disappointed with the final  declaration of the summit of the "Eastern Partnership"

ArmInfo. Chairman of the European Council Donald Tusk is partially disappointed with the final declaration of the Brussels summit of the Eastern Partnership.

As reported by Russian media, in particular, Tusk remained  dissatisfied with the "not ambitious statements" contained in the  declaration.

"I would prefer that the statements were more ambitious, but we still  decided that the manifestation of our unity is the most important  goal." The key proposal was the recognition of the "European choice"  of countries associated with the EU, "Tusk said. On November 24, at  the margins of the Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels, Armenia  signed the Agreement on Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership with  the European Union.

The signatures under the agreement were put by the Armenian Foreign  Minister Edward Nalbandian and the head of European diplomacy  Federica Mogerini. The document was signed in the presence of RA  President Serzh Sargsyan and the chairman of the European Council  Donald Tusk.

The agreement on a comprehensive and expanded partnership has already  become public.
