ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan expressed concern at the government meeting on October 26 about the inadequate implementation of the reforms.
According to him, several of these legislative and practical measures have already been implemented. However, as the prime minister noted, a certain part of the society is not informed about this, some businessmen were not presented these reforms properly, there are problems of quality of service, etc.
As Karen Karapetyan noted, simple analysis shows that not only the planning of reforms, but also their consistent implementation leads to a comprehensive implementation of the transformation programs, but also a full presentation of new business opportunities and providing feedback. "Thus, it is necessary that our citizens fully enjoy all the new opportunities provided," the prime minister explained.
In this regard, the head of the government instructed the Minister of Economic Development and Investments, in cooperation with the Center for Strategic Initiatives, to submit proposals on the actual implementation of the RA government's measures to improve the business environment, compiling objective indicators of notification about them in the business world and launching a monitoring system within two weeks. "He asked Deputy Prime Minister Vache Gabrielyan to convene a meeting in the Armenian government in the coming days, since we have concerns that some of the reforms remain on paper, instructions on the ground are partially or inadequately implemented," Karen Karapetyan concluded.
