Prosecutor General`s Office of the Republic of Armenia: Serviceman  Chaplin Markaryan was killed by the enemy as a result of  non-compliance with safety rules during the execution of engineering  works

ArmInfo. A soldier of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Private Chaplin Armenovich Markaryan was killed in a firing position by an enemy shot as a  result of non-compliance with safety rules while performing  engineering work.  

As the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia told ArmInfo, this happened as a result of negligent attitude towards observance of these safety rules by the person responsible for the combat calculation. "Taking into account  this circumstance, the commander of the 1st infantry battalion for  the rear of the Defense Ministry of the Nth military unit, Major TP  was detained responsible for the military calculation, He was charged  under the grounds of Article 376, part 2 of the Criminal Code of  Armenia (negligence towards service, which by negligence transferred  to difficult circumstances), "the Prosecutor General's Office of  Armenia said in a statement.Recall that on October 10, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of  Armenia, Private Chaplin Armenovich Markaryan was killed in one of  the combat positions of the Armenian Armed Forces located in the  northern direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border, as a  result of the violation of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces ceasefire. In  the Sixth Garrison Investigation Department of the Main Military  Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, a  criminal case was initiated under point 13 of part 2 of Article  34-104 of the RA Criminal Code.
