"The past testifies that, as always, Baku not only is not inclined to direct the reached agreements to a peaceful settlement of the conflict and exclusion of unjustified losses, but, conversely, through deliberate provocations, it is destabilizing the situation. Considering the necessity of effective implementation of the processes for the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict by the international community, in particular, the OSCE Minsk Group, the Armed Forces of Artsakh refrained from responding. However, this does not mean that in the case of development of processes in the same logic, the offensive actions of the enemy will remain unanswered. The NKR JSC with all responsibility warns the military-political leadership of Baku that in case of continuing provocations the answer will be disproportionate and painful, "the NKR's message says.
