Armenian servicemen to cancel surcharge for state secret

ArmInfo.Armenian civil servants will be canceled an additional payment for state secrets. Corresponding amendments to the law "On state and official secrets"  were made in the first reading by the Armenian parliament at the meeting on October 4.

According to Karen Tamazyan, Deputy Minister of Finance of the  Republic of Armenia, earlier the heads of executive agencies had the  right to establish surcharges to their employees who own state  secrets. Now this position is canceled. The bill was already  presented in February, but in the final reading it was not taken.  Therefore, according to the changes in the law "On the Regulations of  the National Assembly", the bill is submitted again.
