Vigenin: A crime against humanity cannot be forgotten

ArmInfo. The OSCE PA Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Christian Vigenin, accompanied by the head of the RA NA delegation to the OSCE PA, Hermine  Naghdalyan visited the memorial complex of the victims of the Armenian Genocide Tsitsernakaberd.

As the press service of the Armenian parliament told ArmInfo, Vigenin  laid flowers to the Eternal Flame, honored the memory of St. Martyrs.  Vigenin also visited the Museum-Institute of the Armenian Genocide,  got acquainted with the exposition, and recorded it in the Memorable  Book.

The OSCE PA Special Representative noted that a crime against  humanity should never be forgotten:  "Everyone on the planet must  visit this museum in order to remember and not forget what happened".
