Azerbaijan announced in the international wanted listed of representatives of Turkish intellectuality visited Artsakh

ArmInfo. Azerbaijan  announced the international search of representatives of  Turkish  intellectuality  visited Artsakh.  APA reports that a criminal case  has already been opened in Azerbaijan on this fact. In the statement  issued by the Prosecutor General's Office of the AR, it is noted that  there are justifiable suspicions that on September 22, 2017 citizens  of the Turkish Republic Ufuk Aras, Ali Bayramoglu, Said Chekinoglu  and Erol Katyrjyoglu, "having previously conspired persons in the  Republic of Armenia and in the occupied territories of the Republic  of Azerbaijan , deliberately crossed the internationally recognized  state border of the Azerbaijani Republic without the consent and  documents of the relevant executive authority>, bypassing the  checkpoint on the state border, that is, Follow through the territory  of Armenia . 

In connection with this, on September 28, 2017, the Investigation  Department of the Prosecutor General's Office for Serious Crimes  instituted criminal proceedings under Article 318.2 (illegal crossing  of the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan) of the Criminal  Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Ufuk Aras, Ali Bayramoglu, Said  Chekinoglu and Erol Katyrjyoglu were brought in as suspects under the  specified articles of the Criminal Code. By a court ruling, a measure  of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen in their respect, they  are declared on the international wanted list.

The law enforcement bodies of Turkey sent an appeal in connection  with the detention of these persons and bringing them to justice. "At  the moment, the necessary investigative and operational measures in  the case are continuing," the Prosecutor General's Office said in a  statement.

In turn, the visit of the representatives of the Turkish  intelligentsia caused a negative resonance in the political circles  of Turkey itself. Turkish MP from Istanbul, member of the National  Movement Party of Azerbaijan (MPP), Atilla Kaya, condemned the visit  of Artsakh citizens to Turkey and the sounding of anti- Turkish and  anti-Azerbaijani statements: "In Turkey, crypto Armenians live.  Unfortunately, they act treacherously towards the country of which  they are citizens. I condemn the people who, having gone to Armenia,  occupying 20% of the territory of Azerbaijan, are there with  statements against Turkey and Azerbaijan. I repeat, the  crypto-Armenian issue is a disturbing reality for Turkey. Visiting  Armenia and the occupied territories of fraternal Azerbaijan and  voicing the statements condemning us in this difficult period is an  unacceptable step. "In turn, the deputy from the People's Republican  Party from Istanbul, Dursun Chicek, called the people of Karabakh who  were problematic people:" They used to create problems for Turkey. We  should not take seriously the words of these people who illegally  visited Azerbaijan by the occupied territories. This is contrary to  international law, their words have no power of influence. This is  their personal opinion, it can not leave the day for  Turkish-Azerbaijani friendship, which has deep historical traditions.  " The chairman of the Vatan party Dogu Perincek accused these persons  of assisting the "invaders": 

"These people visited Nagorno-Karabakh to prevent the fair struggle  of Azerbaijan for the return of territories. But their attempts are  doomed to failure, we will unite our forces and restore the  territorial integrity of fraternal Azerbaijan. " Despite such a tough  reaction in the political circles of Turkey, Ufuk Aras, Ali  Bayramoglu, Said Chekinoglu and Erol Katyrjyoglu do not regret their  visit to Armenia and Artsakh and do not intend to reconsider the  statements made during the visit. Co-chair of the National Congress  of Western Armenians Aragats Akhoyan assured in an interview with  ArmInfo correspondent, on the initiative of which representatives of  the Turkish intelligentsia visited Armenia and Artsakh. According to  him, Ufuk Aras, Ali Bayramoglu, Said Chekinoglu and Erol Katyrjyoglu  are principled people, they were well aware of the consequences of  their actions and do not intend to reconsider their position, as they  are fighters for justice. At the same time, Akhoyan was at a loss to  forecast their fate taking into account the fact that "we are dealing  with countries such as Turkey and Azerbaijan where the norms of  democracy do not operate."

Let's remind that a few days ago representatives of the Turkish  intelligentsia, a member of the political party "Green and Left  Future", chairman of the public organization "Ankara Platform of  Thinking" Ufuk Uraz, writer and public figure Said Chekinoglu, some  Ali Bayramoglu, writer and presenter Erol Katyrchyoglu sucked Armenia  and Nagorny Karabakh . This visit caused a painful reaction in  Azerbaijan.  Also note that Turkey does not extradite its citizens to  foreign countries at the request of Interpol.
