ArmInfo. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with the head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia Vladimir Bulavin, who arrived in Armenia to participate in the 24th meeting of the Joint Customs Union Collegium in Yerevan on September 27-28.
As the press service of the Armenian President told ArmInfo, Sargsyan welcomed the regular meetings of the Unified Collegium of Customs Services of the EAEC, stressing that Armenia is a supporter of integration processes that strengthen and deepen friendly relations and cooperation between the states.
In turn, Bulavin expressed gratitude for the high level of organization and holding of the 24th meeting in Yerevan, noting that every meeting in the customs sphere is extremely important from the point of view of mutual understanding of the participating countries, their cooperation, common work and the search for effective solutions, and contributes to improving activities of customs services of partner countries.
The Head of the Customs Service of the Russian Federation presented the issues discussed at the Yerevan meeting to the President of the Republic, noting that a very effective work has been carried out within the framework of the rich agenda, which will contribute to solving the tasks facing the customs services and deepening integration within the framework of the EEU.
