Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister: Nobody gives any territories to  anybody

ArmInfo. Nobody gives any territories to anyone. And, in this light, for me personally fussing and the noise raised around the statement of Foreign Minister Edward  Nalbandian is unclear. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan on September 19, answering the question of one of the participants of the "Armenia-Diaspora-2017" forum.

On September 18, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian at the  Armenia-Diaspora forum, as possible territorial concessions to the  Armenian side, designated the territories "in the transfer of which  there will not be a threat to the security of Artsakh and the final  settlement of the conflict will not be jeopardized." "If I reveal  other details, the negotiations will stop," the minister said.
