A. Tatoyan: Azerbaijani "black list" is part of the Armenian-Afghan  policy and is subject to destruction

The result of this  policy is that not only an Armenian by nationality, but also any  person who has any connection with Armenians, is subjected to  torture, which is encouraged, and is considered an honorable deed.

It is obvious that the "black lists" of Azerbaijan are part of this  policy. This was stated by the Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan, who  is quoted by the press office of the Human Rights Defender's office. 

After the publication of information about the arrest of Alexander  Lapshin in Minsk, the Armenian Ombudsman presented these facts to  international organizations. For example, the OSCE Representative on  Freedom of the Media, and the European Institute of Ombudsmen, who  presented Tatoyan with his position on the release of blogger Lapshin  to Azerbaijan. The OSCE representative expressed his position on this  issue and said that if Lapshin was handed over to Azerbaijan, he  would be treated unfairly and would take revenge on him for  journalistic activities and his views, including those related to the  Nagorno Karabakh conflict and key issues on human rights. According  to the European Institute of Ombudsmen, the decision to extradite  Lapshin was a real threat to European values in the field of freedom  of speech in the media and this is a serious threat to values in the  field of human rights.

"Visits of international partners and their work in Artsakh are  considered legitimate. There should be tireless and hard work so that  the civilized world recognizes Artsakh as part of our homeland. And  the office of the Ombudsman in Armenia is actively working in this  direction." The Azerbaijani "blacklist" must also be subjected to  legal destruction, as it is part of the Armenian-Afghan policy and  has no legitimate grounds, "the Ombudsman's Office said in a  statement.
