ArmInfo.In the course of studies conducted by the Prosecutor General's Office in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia it was revealed that the  public organization "AK" in 2013-2015 under contracts for the  provision of paid services in conjunction with the State Employment  Center provided appropriate services for the formation of job  vacancies, violating the law about the "Public Organizations" of the  Republic of Armenia. According to Part 3, 4 articles of the law, a  public organization can carry out entrepreneurial activities only by  creating or participating in commercial organizations.

As the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia  informs, the public organization "AK" did not mention the amounts  received during the formation of vacancies in the reports on tax  inspections, and did not pay 4.620.000 drams to the state budget of  Armenia, causing extensive damage to the republic.  Taking into  account the fact that the revealed violations are defined as "illegal  business and falsification of documents", the State Department for  the Protection of the Interests of the Prosecutor General's Office of  the Republic of Armenia initiated a criminal case on part 1 of  Article 188 and 2 parts of Article 325 of the RA Criminal Code.

The preliminary investigation was entrusted to the Committee of State  Revenues of the Republic of Armenia.
