Gagik Tsaroukyan: Positive shifts since Karapetyan`s appointment to  the post of Armenian Prime Minister  already exist

It is not correct when one friend expresses his opinion about another friend, but when we meet a  tete-a-tete, I tell him both good and bad>, - so the leader of the  Tsarukyan block, businessman Gagik Tsarukyan answered journalists'  question about, as he assesses the activities of Karen Karapetyan and  his Cabinet in the previous year.

At the same time, Tsaroukyan expressed confidence that Karapetyan is  trying to implement the program presented by his cabinet. According  to him, there have already been positive changes since the  appointment of Karapetyan as prime minister. "Thus, the interest  rates for bank loans for the year from 25-30% dropped to 10%, the  flow of tourists to the republic increased," Tsaroukyan said, while  reiterating that while Armenia does not implement 15 provisions of  the election program of the Tsaroukyan block, country real changes  should not be expected.

Answering the question about the large investments he had made during  the pre-election period, Tsaroukyan assured that he always "did and  will do". He also assured that he was not offended by the people,  because his bloc did not receive an absolute majority following the  results of the parliamentary elections, and "is ready to do  everything for the sake of the prosperity of the country."
