Mammadyarov acknowledges Azerbaijan escalates the situation in the  Karabakh conflict zone

ArmInfo. "Today, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of four of the six countries of  the Eastern Partnership continue to be violated because of existing  conflicts." With such a statement in Budapest, the Foreign Minister  of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov addressed the meeting of the Foreign  Ministers of the countries of the Visegrad Group (Poland, Czech  Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) and the Eastern Partnership.

At the same time, the Azerbaijani diplomat expressed his conviction  that from the viewpoint of eliminating the consequences of the  continuing violation of the principles of international law, as well  as in the context of conflict settlement, the incorrect  interpretation and selective application of the rules violates the  principles of Europe based on principles and laws. Mammadyarov once  again accused Armenia of "using force against the sovereignty and  territorial integrity" of another member of the Eastern Partnership.
