The fire in the territories near the Artavan village of the Vayots Dzor region of  Armenia is isolated.As the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports, as of August 1509.21 fire fighting continues. In fire extinguishing works on 09.51 Tuesday, 2 combat calculations, 5 firefighter-rescuers, 100 servicemen of the Armed  Forces of Armenia, 18 forestry officers are involved. One water carrier (KamAZ) of "Lidian Armenia" company is on duty.

 The fire was isolated at 10.05.Recall that on August 10 at about  18:50 there was a signal that green areas are burning near the  village of Artavan in the Vayots Dzor region. Not only the  subdivisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, but also the  Ministry of Defense, the Police, the Ministry of Nature Protection,  the Ministry of Agriculture, representatives of local authorities and  the private sector, in particular, Lidian Armenia, participated in  the fire fighting activities.

 According to data at 18:00 on August 11, 500 hectares of grass and  240 hectares of forest were burned, damage was caused not only to the  environment, but also to the energy system of the region, more than  14 electric poles burned.Not only the subdivisions of the Ministry of  Emergency Situations, but also the Defense Ministry, the Police, the  Ministry of Nature Protection, the Ministry of Agriculture,  representatives of local authorities and the private sector, in  particular, Lidian Armenia.
