ArmInfo. The Polish Sejm adopted a new bill on the promotion of employment and labor market institutions, which simplifies the rules for hiring foreigners for seasonal work in Poland.
As reported on the official website of the Polish parliament, the purpose of the bill is to adapt Polish national legislation to the EU directive on the conditions for entry and residence of third-country nationals (not EU countries) for employment for seasonal work. "The law applies to citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Russia who can enjoy a simplified procedure for access to the labor market. Changes in the law provide that, in addition to the work permit issued by the voivodship for a period of up to three years, permits are introduced for seasonal work, which will be given to the elder ", the message says.
However, it is stressed that the content of the law provides for the creation of a register of work for foreigners, which will contain information about the work permit. The law provides for payment (PLN 30) for the registration of the employer's application for the intention to employ foreigners.
The application may not be registered if the management recognizes that it was made for personal gain or will be used by a foreigner for other purposes.
