ArmInfo.The Azerbaijani leadership has long begun to ignore the decisions not only of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, but also calls and political appeals of many international organizations. This is stated in the statement of the Coordination Council of Russian- Armenian organizations in connection with the aggression of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan on June 16- 17, as a result of which four Armenian servicemen were killed.

"Armenia and Armenians, in the sultanate under the name of  Azerbaijan, have long been demonized, and the level of Armenian  phobia there already exceeds all conceivable norms of human and state  morality. The daily militaristic statements of the Aliyev about the  forceful attempts to return the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh  Republic) to the Armenian-Azerbaijani state under the name of  Azerbaijan, do not leave any chances for a peaceful settlement of  this problem," the statement says.

The authors of the document note that in many countries, and  especially in Russia, on the direct instruction of Baku and with the  coordination of the Azerbaijani embassy, there is an active and  purposeful work to involve the Azerbaijani diaspora in various  provocations against the citizens of the Russian Federation of  Armenian nationality, against the historical truth about Armenia and  The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

Large Azerbaijani-Turkish military training in Nakhijevan (5,000  troops and 250 pieces of equipment) have just been completed. And  already on June 19 in the republic new large training with  participation of 23 thousand military men will start. Moreover,  Azerbaijan and Turkey, without notification and in violation of  international Conventions, conduct military training, the number of  participants of which is more than 20 thousand military personnel.  But once again the international community, including Russia, has  turned a blind eye to blatant violations of international law to  conduct such training.

"Throughout the world, in many areas, from time immemorial, the  principle of the "Eye for an Eye" has been applied. This means that  for each deceased Armenian soldier, Azerbaijani soldiers must be  destroyed.  From this principle follows another - "Mirror", which in  turn means the duty of the Armenian side to take retaliatory and most  severe punitive measures," the statement reads.
