As the press service of the RA Police told ArmInfo, the detention took place on May 25 thanks to the operative and investigative measures carried out by police officers of the RA and the Special Investigative Service. The detention took place within the framework of an initiated criminal case on bribe taking, bribery, mediation and the receipt of a commercial bribe.
It is also reported that a lot of reports were received earlier that directors and employees of a number of organizations, individuals with the intermediation of employees of an LLC performing customs brokering services through intermediaries, or personally bribed officials of the State Customs Service to perform the action in their favor, in particular, the collection of customs value at lower tariffs, as well as the payment of a lower cost for the export of goods.
