ArmInfo. Nikol Pashinyan, Yelq bloc leader, Armenian National Assembly deputy today in social networks published a video where the documents are shown, which, according to him, are obtained from the Republican Party headquarter in address Komitas 56.
According to Pashinyan, noticing the gathering of people in front of pre electoral headquarter of the RPA in the given address, the representatives of Yelq bloc observed that seeing a woman, coming out with a big bag from the headquarter, they followed her and saw, that she left the bag at the tower dustbin. "Of course, our representatives opened the bag, and found pretty interesting documents," Pashinyan stressed and started to read them all.
One of the documents contained the instruction for RPA activists to distribute bribes. At that, as Pashinyan assured, all the steps were signed there, starting from how they should greet, finishing how to make the voter take money and make right decision. "The instruction reads that the bribery should be given in bathroom or in bedroom, while staying alone with the voter to avoid possible video observation," Pashinyan assured.
Other documents, according to Pashinyan, included names of those activists, who were obliged to provide unknown number of votes for RPA, and received money for that. "The amount varies from 3 mln to 6 mln AMD for 700-500 votes," he stressed.
"If you ask me why I do not appeal to Police, I will answer that one of these documents is a fax from Police sent to RPA headquarter. It has the names of Petrol Police Division officers, and in front of every name correspondent number of votes, that they must provide for the ruling party," Pashinyan informed, adding that all these documents are signed by A.Azizyan, the head of RPA territorial headquarter.
To note, today in the morning Haykakan Jamanak paper journalist informed that she witnessed the distribution of bribery in pre electoral headquarter of RPA in Yerevan community Malatia-Sebastia, however, when she tried to record that, the headquarters' employees took her phone, deleted the record and then gave it back. The alarms of bribery distribution are being received also from Arabkir community, Yerevan. RPA refuses all these alarms. What about Pashinyan's submitted documents, RPA HQ came out with a statement on this, which particularly says: "Presented materials does not have nothing in common with the RPA, our pre electoral headquarters do not distribute bribes. We will be thankful to law enforcement officials if they would clear the situation. We call our opponents again to follow civilized methods of political fight and do not spread the disinformation."
