ArmInfo.Beeline with the Children's Development Fund summed up the results of the competition held within the framework of the joint program "The Power of the Children's Word," awarding the winners with gifts and letters of credit.
As the press service of the company told ArmInfo, the award ceremony took place in the office of the Children's Development Fund, which was attended by 6 winners from the communities of Vayots Dzor, Ararat and Tavush regions.
According to the source, the program was launched in the community of Nor Kharbert of the Ararat region and is being implemented in Ararat, Vayots Dzor, Tavush, in the communities of Nor Kharbert, Yeghegnadzor, Vayk, Ijevan and Dilijan, which was attended by over 220 children and 1,500 parents and community residents.
"Within the framework of social responsibility, Beeline implements programs aimed at the development of education and the promotion of children. I am glad that we managed to help the children and parents to change their lives for the better by means of this program," said Naira Nazaryan, the public relations officer of the Beeline in Armenia.
Director of the Children's Development Fund Lusine Simonyan said that together with Beeline, the Foundation will continue to develop the thinking and skills of children, and through educational programs will help make their life more prosperous.
To note, a tripartite memorandum was earlier signed, which will promote effective tripartite cooperation in the field of child protection. The program "The Power of the Children's Word" is aimed at developing creative opportunities, critical and alternative thinking for children and adolescents using modern technologies. It also aims to raise awareness among parents and community members about the welfare of children. Beeline, together with the Children's Development Fund, has been implementing social programs since 2011. Within the framework of cooperation the theater children's group "We" (Menq) was created, and art therapy courses were held. Within the framework of the program "Knowledge for the well-being", the Foundation received a telephone number of trust 0-8000-1007, and in 10 schools and kindergartens "Beeline Children's Development Corner" for children with special needs was installed.
