Among high ranked guests who visited Safita, one of the most gorgeous  restaurants of  Moscow, beside Bako Sahakyan, there were Russian  Foreign Minister  Sergey Lavrov, Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary  of Russian President. RLDP Leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky. And the  President of Russia Vladimir Putin send a congratulations  message to  Ara Abrahamyan. 

Already by the end of the ceremony numerous publications were   released via Internet. One of those reads the essence of  congratulations of Vladimir  Peskov and Vladimir Zhirinovsky. Peskov  expressed his wishes to Abrahamyan to study Russian at last, and  Zhirinovski wished Abrahamyan "to have Ararat holy mountain returned  to Armenians by his next jubilee". 

Such "strikes"  forced Azerbaijani media to release numerous  publications reminding Russian officials about their promise  not to  recognize  "separatist regimes" at "occupied Azerbaijani    territories".  "The strategic partner of Azerbaijan and the main   moderator of Karabakh settlement is Russia. And Baku hopes for fair  settlement within the help of  Moscow. But yesterday these hopes were  cancelled at the ceremony of Ara Abrahamyan birthday," Azerbaijani  media make their conclusion.
