ArmInfo.The issue that arose in connection with the publication of 114 telephone conversations with school and kindergarten directors attached to the publication of the public organization "Union of Awareness Citizens", entitled "RPA  Abuses Administrative Resources in Schools and Kindergartens", is the  focus of the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia. The press  secretary of the Ministry Lusine Margaryan reported this on her  Facebook page.

As Margaryan writes, the acting Minister of Education and Science of  Armenia, Deputy Minister Manuk Mkrtchyan instructed the senior school  directors included in the list to provide explanations on the  published records in a short period of time. Simultaneously, a  circular has been sent to the regional administrations and Yerevan  municipality, which once again suggests taking appropriate measures  to avoid involving educational institutions in political processes.

The representative of the Ministry of Education reminds that the head  of the department Levon Mkrtchyan, with the purpose of participation  in the pre-election campaign, is on vacation. "On February 22,  Minister Levon Mkrtchyan addressed the regional administrations and  Yerevan municipality with a circular, proposing to establish strict  control over the fact that representatives of educational  institutions were involved in pre-electoral campaign exclusively  within the framework of the law", writes Lusine Margaryan.

To note, the organization "Association of Informed Citizens" made  public announcements with the conversation of 114 directors of  kindergartens and schools of the republic with the members of the  organization who, having called by the representatives of the  pre-election headquarters of the RPA, learned that employees and the  management of educational institutions are campaigning for the ruling  party, which is prohibited by the Electoral Code.
