In this  context he mentioned also the necessity of the demonstration of the  supremacy of law in all the processes. 

At the same time Switalski mentioned  that recent weeks  showed  Armenian nation has a strong feeling of justice and he could a think  over any situation and determine, how does it conform to the  principles of justice from the point of the law. " Anyway, I would  like to mention once again that ruling out or canceling any  expressions of violation are the first priority," the Ambassador  stated.  To mention, Babayan's arrest was carried out in the  framework of the case of  illegal importation of the Igla MANPADS  from Georgia to Armenia. The  press service of the National Security  Service stated that within the  framework of this case, 3 people were  arrested and Babayan. As a  result of operational-search activities,  reliable data was obtained  that persons engaged in the delivery and  acquisition of components of the anti-aircraft missile system acted  at the behest and order of  Babayan. Bloc Oganyan-Raffi-Oskanian,  whose supporter he is, called  the given arrest a political  persecution and called on international organizations, diplomatic  missions to keep this pre-election incident  at the center of  attention
