ArmInfo.Armenia cannot descend to the level of Azerbaijan. On March 10, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated in Yerevan during a joint press conference with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotsias, answering the question how  justified is the fact that Armenia always unilaterally returns the  bodies of Azerbaijani saboteurs. 

According to him, the preached humanitarian values of the civilizes  world differs from Azerbaijani state, where saboteurs and murderers  are declared national heroes. "Both Armenia and Artsakh are for  implementation of the international norms and conventions, one of  which is exactly about the enemy mortal remain. But we speak not only  about conventions or international rights, one just should remain a  human even if the enemy behaves like a non human. This is the  difference between Armenia and Azerbaijan", Nalbandian resumed.

To note, On February 25, at 03:00 and 04:00 hours, the Azerbaijani  Armed Forces attempted to attack the southeast (Martuni) and eastern  (Akna) directions of the contact line using appropriate special  equipment for demining. The advanced units of the Defense Army,  including the means of video surveillance, timely detected the  enemy's offensive and threw them back to their original positions.  The enemy retreated, carrying losses. Several bodies remained in the  neutral zone. On February 27, with the help of the office of the  Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and the  International Committee of the Red Cross, the bodies of Azerbaijani  saboteurs were taken out of the neutral zone. In January of the  current year, Armenia handed over the body of an Azerbaijani  serviceman who was killed while repulsing another attempt of sabotage  penetration.

Remarkable is the fact that In November 2014, the Azerbaijani Armed  Forces shot down the Mi-24 of the NKR Armed Forces, during a week  they did not allow the Armenian side to take back the remains of the  bodies of the pilots who remained in the neutral territory. As a  result, the NKR armed forces were forced to undertake a night special  operation to evacuate bodies of Armenian servicemen.
