Armenian Defense Ministry replies Azerbaijani naked lies  

ArmInfo.The Defence Ministry of Armenia responded the obvious lies of Azerbaijan. "After hours of silence Azerbaijani Defense Ministry came out with a  statement due to the provocation at Armenian-Azerbaijani border,  trying to make Armenian side bear the responsibility for diversion  taken place.

We do repeat once again, that we possess all the proofs  and facts stating that exactly Azerbaijan was the initiator of this  aggressive attack. The Armenian Ministry of Defense has officially  stated that Azerbaijan faced losses in the result of this aggression.  And Armenian militaries were killed at the sites.  Within all these  events the statements of Azerbaijani entities claiming Azerbaijani  troop gone missing during "Armenian investigation platoon crossing  the border" turn false," the Defense Ministry statement read.

To mention, after long hours of silence after   Armenian Defense  Ministry released information on diversion attempt, Azerbaijani  Defense Entity came out with a statement, reading that "A  reconnaissance group of the Armenian Armed Forces tried to violate  the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border on Dec. 29 morning. The Armenian  group found itself in the ambush of the Azerbaijani army while  violating the borders. "The enemy suffered losses in the ensuing  clash and had to retreat," said the ministry. A soldier of the  Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Gurbanov Chingiz, is missing as a result of  the shootout. He is being searched for.

Earlier, the Armenian Defense Ministry Press-Secretary Artsroun  Hovhannisyan informed that during the defeat of an attack Armenian  Military forces faced casualties. Defending the state border,   Leutenant-in- chief Shavarsh Meliksetyan, and privates Edgar Narayan  and Eric Abovyan perished. Hovhannisyan mentioned that the enemy has  lost at least seven troops, at that the body of one of Azerbaijani  troops left at Armenian side.
