He notes that the Armenian positions on the Armenian-Azeri border in Tavush province are well-equipped and have a more favorable geographical location than the adversary's positions. "So, one can say that Azerbaijan thoroughly prepared for the sabotage attack in Tavush province," the expert said.
To note, as a result of the Azeri armed forces' attempted sabotage attack on the Armenian-Azeri border, the Armenian side has three victims. There is no information yet about victims on the Azeri side. Armenian Defense Ministry Spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan has told ArmInfo's correspondent that the clashes are still going on. Azerbaijan initiated the sabotage attack around 7am local time.
