ArmInfo. The Upper Lars checkpoint  is open for all kinds of traffic. The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of 08:00 AM  December 24, there are some roads hard to travel over in Armenia, one  of which is the Vardenyats Pass. 

There is an ice-slick at some sectors of V anadzor-Dlijan,  vanadzor-Stepanavan-Alaverdi, Sotk-Karchavar, Saravan-zanger,  Aparan-Aragats, Talin-Gyumri roads According to the data of Georgian  Emergency Situations Department, the Stephancminda-Lrs road is open  for all kinds of  traffic within the availability of tire chains.
