Upper Lars opened for passenger cars only: 515 trucks gathered at the  checkpoint 

ArmInfo. As of 5:30 pm local time there are closed and heavy going roads on the territory of Armenia, the press-service of Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Situations informs. Particularly, Vanadzor-Gyumri, Berd-Chambarak, Zarinja-Tsamakasar, Mastara- Kaghqasar,  roads in Aparan and Amasia are closed. 

The Ministry also informs referring to Georgia's Department of  Emergency Situations that the Upper Lars checkpoint is opened for   only passenger cars, if they have nonskid chains. 515 trucks are  gathered at the checkpoint from the Russian side.
