Upper Lars checkpoint is close for all means of transport 

ArmInfo. As of December 14, 8:30am local time, there are closed and heavy going roads in Armenia. 

The press office of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations has  told ArmInfo that Vardenyats Pass, Amasia-Gyumri and Gyumri-Bavra  road sections are close. The Sotk-Karvachar, Vanadzor-Gyumri,  Gyumri-Talin, Gyumri-Aragatsavan road sections are heavy going. The  weather is snowy in most of Armenia's provinces.
