All roads in Armenia are passable for traffic 

ArmInfo. As of Dec 12, 8 am, all the roads in Armenia are passable for traffic, the press office of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.  

According to the source, the Sotk-Karvachar road is heavy going.  Vardenyats Pass is partly passable. There is black ice on some  sections of the Yerevan-Talin, Stepanavan-Alaverdi, Zovuni-Yeghvard,  Saravan-Zanger roads.     

The Emergency Situations Department of the Georgian Interior Ministry  reports that the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all kinds of  passenger transport with snow chains. As regards cargo transport,  only the section towards Georgia-Russia is open.
